Built an AI-powered customer intelligence agent that unifies data from CRM, call recordings, and communication tools. Animus enables revenue teams to instantly answer questions about any customer, draft emails, build proposals, and create close plans.

The system uses RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) to provide accurate, context-aware responses grounded in real customer data. It reduces call prep time from 30 minutes to seconds.
